This is just about as good as it gets!

A kindly witch, a cat, a dog, a weird little bird, a frog and a rather tubby but very evil and hungry dragon that’s intent on having witch for tea – perhaps even without chips.

Wonderfully conceived by Julia Donaldson (Gruffalo and many others) and starring the voices of Gillian Anderson and Rob Brydon.

Pretty magical stuff, we’ve watched it around 200 times and I’m still noticing bits I’ve not seen before. We recorded it over the Christmas break and now it’s time for a hard copy to replace the recording that must be getting a bit fed up of replaying again and again.

Now available on DVD, I think it would be lustrous in Blu-Ray and I think we should all petition to get it on the blinger format.
